Clayton Hall is a grade II listed building, and a rare example of a moated, medieval site manor that was once owned by the family of Lord Byron. At the living history museum discover the dining room, sunken cold store room, kitchen, hallway, bedroom and wash house, in Victorian style. It operates as an educational resource but is open to the public on open days throughout the year. Donations are welcome.
