Burwell Museum and Windmill details...

Have a great day out with the children and pay a visit to Burwell Museum and Windmill, set among preserved historic farming buildings.

Discover how people lived in Burwell many years ago. See a Nissen Hut and items from both World Wars, a vintage vehicles gallery, a Victorian schoolroom, the Forge and Wheelwright’s Shop and much more!

Climb up the floors of the windmill and learn about milling and wind-power. See how flour is ground, follow the trail, and try out the millers’ costumes. There is a small additional charge of £1 and height restrictions apply to access the upper floors of the Mill.

Download the site map from their website before visiting.
