Bicton Park Botanical Gardens is a wonderful place for a family to spend some time, as it offers lots of fun for everyone.
See over 60-acres of beautiful grounds, a magnificent Palm House dating from c.1825, and a huge collection of exhibits in the Countryside Museum.
Hop on the fun Woodland Railway for a delightful 25-minute journey through the Pinetum, across the gardens to the Hermitage, before returning to the Great Lake. The Railway is a small additional fee.
Children can have lots of fun on the indoor and outdoor play areas, and there is a café for refreshments.
