Berrington Hall details...

Located just four miles from Leominster, Berrington Hall is one of the most popular family days out in Herefordshire. This neo-classical 18th-century mansion is surrounded by ’Capability’ Brown’s last landscape. Families will find plenty of things to do and see.

The mansion itself is a masterpiece by the architect Henry Holland and features fine interiors, likely to impress visitors of all ages. The basement of Berrington Hall is open at certain times, offering the chance to find out about the servants’ life ’below stairs’.

Head outside to discover the curved walled garden, parkland and lake, keeping an eye open for resident wildlife. The natural play and den building areas are sure to be a hit with the kids. There are three waymarked routes through the parkland, including a den building walk.

Please see the National Trust’s website to find out more.
