On the Lincolnshire and Leicestershire border in the Vale of Belvoir, the magnificent castle has been the ancestral home of the Duke of Rutland for centuries and is presently the family home of the 11th Duke and Duchess.
Take the guided tour around splendid rooms from the elegant Elizabeth Saloon to the majestic State Dining Room. Admire the fine furniture and art including a very famous Holbein picture of Henry VIII. Take time to explore the beautiful formal and wooded gardens before awarding yourself a treat in the tearoom.
Look out for the range of events taking place throughout the year. Ticket options are available, the tickets price listed is for the self guided tour of the house and the gardens, however garden only tickets are available and fully guided tours also available.
