Belvoir Castle stands on the Lincolnshire and Leicestershire border in the Vale of Belvoir. The magnificent castle has been the ancestral home of the Duke of Rutland for centuries and is presently the family home of the 11th Duke and Duchess.
Take the guided tour around splendid rooms, from the elegant Elizabeth Saloon to the majestic State Dining Room. Admire the fine furniture and art, including a very famous Holbein picture of Henry VIII. Take time to explore the beautiful formal and wooded gardens before awarding yourself a treat in the tearoom.
There is a new Adventure Playground for children, which opened in late summer 2022. This covers a huge area with exciting giant timber castle, ship and towers to climb!
