Anthony Gormley's 'Another Place' details...
Pull on your wellies or paddle in your bare feet if it’s not too cold and take a walk across the beach to discover the 100 life-size cast iron figures standing, rising out of the sand, looking out to sea on Crosby Beach. The sculptures are casts from Antony Gormley’s own body and the installation is called ‘Another Place’. Find out the tide times before you go, be aware of the tide turning and soft sand, always remain under 50 metres from the promenade.
