Yes, it is officially upon us!
To give you a helping hand of things to do, we have searched high and low to bring you some smashing events happening throughout the UK this half term, which we think are well worth a visit.


West Midland Safari Park

Visit West Midland Safari Park from 19th October – 3rd November for Spooky Spectacular! The park will be brimming with Halloween decorations, hundreds of pumpkins and new witch and wizard characters! Full of Halloween fun for the whole family, it’s the perfect way to brighten up the spookiest of seasons!


Crich Tramway

From Monday 28th October to Saturday 2nd November, Crich Tramway Village Starlight Event is set to be a magical experience, with street illuminations and vintage trams running in the dark. There are different activities each day for all the family.

Wellington Country Park

Join Wellington Country Park for Hallo’welly’ween at Wellington Country Park this October half term. With slightly spooky shows, their Halloween train ride, pumpkin carving, Pop Up Play Village and much more there is plenty to keep you entertained. Only 10 minutes from the M3 and M4 and perfect for children up to the age of 8, go and join them for a ‘Spooktacular’ week!

Prepare for the brand new Peppa Pig live show ‘Peppa Pig’s Best Day Ever’. Running from 2nd – 3rd October. It’s full of songs, games and laughter!

Show Up Productions: Crime Scene Experience, Essex

There’s been a murder in Barker’s Boutique! Vicky the shop manager has been found dead! Explore the crime scene and examine footprints, take hair samples, watch CCTV videos and more!

This is a 1 hour crime scene experience for ages 8 -10 ish



Paradise Wildlife Park

Ready for something that will make you and the kids scream with excitement this October half-term? Visit Paradise Wildlife Park for their Halloween Spooktacular! Running from October 26th until 3rd November, Halloween promises to be scarily brilliant at Hertfordshire’s No.1 outdoor attraction!
