Pull on your wellies, snuggle up in your cosiest hat and gloves, and have some fun at Belton House this February half term. From Saturday 16th until Sunday 24th February at 9.30am until 3pm you can enjoy the parkland at Belton House when you pick up a trail leaflet and become a naturalist for the day. Become a nature detective when you trek along the parkland route and discover which animals consider Belton House their home over the chilly winter months. There’s a free badge for all great explorers!
Booking is not required, standard admission prices apply and there is a small extra charge of £2 when you pick up your trail sheet from the Estate Yard. Suitable for children over 3 years, you will need to wear wellies or walking boots and take a magnifying glass or binoculars if you have them.
On Thursday 21st February you can join the birdwatch activity at 11am until 12.30pm and get hands-on making a bird feeder to take home. There is an additional charge of £3.50.
Friday ’50Things’ Challenges
On Friday 22nd February at 11am-4pm tick off a challenge on your 50things activity list when you join the Play Team at Belton’s outdoor adventure playground as they challenge families to complete a different activity on the Friday of the half term holidays.
