Travel back to the age of the Vikings at Chiltern Open Air Museum in Buckinghamshire over the August Bank Holiday weekend. History comes to life as a warband of Vikings ransack the village and turn it into a base for their raids into the territory of the Saxons.
The Saxons arrive and demand that the Vikings go back to Danelaw. The Vikings refuse and fighting breaks out. Find out who will be victorious. Also there will be storytelling, games, music and themed activities for visitors to enjoy.
