The Old Bear's Nature Trail at Hampton Court Castle

Adding to the fun of a day out at Hampton Court Castle in Herefordshire during 2024 is The Old Bear’s Nature Trail – a great way for families to discover the gardens. Just pick up your pencil and trail worksheet at the Visitor Centre when you arrive and then head to the starting point, the Old Bear sculpture in the Kitchen Garden. As you find your way along the trail you will spot wonderfully carved animal sculptures representing the Old Bear’s friends who live on the estate. There will be eight ceramic rubbing plates to find and spaces on the back of the trail map to record them.
