Sun Bear, Binturong and Otter Weekend at Hertfordshire Zoo

Enjoy an interesting day out at the the Sun Bear, Binturong and Otter Weekend at Hertfordshire Zoo, and discover all about them!

This is also a special Bear Weekend, celebrating their arrival in March 2023. It’s a great time to help raise awareness and support for this incredible species. There will also be Bear-themed merchandise, treats and much more!

Binturongs are often described as an animal that’s appearance looks like a cross between a cat and a bear, and it has a very distinctive smell! Find out what that is. Hertfordshire Zoo have recently welcomed a pair of Asian small-clawed Otters to the habitat of Otter Rocks. Look out for them snuggled up together!

Of course there are lots of other wonderful animals to see, offering a great day out for all the family
