This summer, head to London Transport Museum to enjoy a packed programme of family fun exploring electrical innovations that have powered London’s transport network for over a century.
Discover the story of electric travel, from the world’s first electric underground railway in 1890 to electric buses and cutting-edge technology shaping the city today.
Across the holidays families can take part in a range of hands-on activities, from designing and crafting a traffic light to coding electric toy trains. Visitors will have the chance to take an imaginary journey on the first electric railway and meet costumed characters who bring the past to life.
All family activities are free with Museum admission – and kids go free!
