Summer Holidays at Bryngarw Country Park

Looking for activities in Bridgend to keep the kids busy over the summer holidays? Find out what’s on for families at Bryngarw Country Park and join in the fun.

• Story & Craft – Tuesdays and Thursdays from 21st July to 13th August. Suitable for ages 3-9 years, sessions are part of Awen Libraries’ programme of Free Summer Reading Challenge events.
• Junior Rangers – Wednesdays 22nd and 29th July; 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th August. During the summer holidays young explorers are invited to join the ranger team for nature journaling, an insect walk, bird watching, minibeast hunt, pond dipping and a nature walk. A different theme each week.
• Wildlife Wednesday. Have a go at Pond Dipping on 22nd July; 5th and 19th August. Join a Minibeast Hunt 29th July; 12th and 26th August.
• Outdoor Theatre. Choose between Sherlock Homes & The Hound of the Baskervilles on 29th July and Jungle Book on 5th August.
