Summer Holidays at Berkeley Castle

Find out what’s on for kids and their families during the summer holidays at Berkeley Castle in Gloucestershire and plan a day out. These exciting activities are included in standard admission tickets and offer lots of fun and hands-on experience for all ages.

• Archery. Have-a-go archery and exciting archery demonstrations on Mondays from 20th July to 24th August.
• Falconry. Watch amazing falconry displays on the lower lawns every Tuesday from 21st July until 25th August. Meet the medieval falconer and his birds of prey.
• Hysterical Critters. Get close to fascinating creatures such as frogs, snakes and rats. Learn how they were regarded in history. Hands-on workshops take place on Wednesdays from 22nd July to 26th August. Book in advance.
• Dinosaur Day on Sunday 26th July. Travel back to the Jurassic era and watch two incredible dinosaurs, Raptor and Diablo, come to life in arena performances.
