Skybound - Science Show at Techniquest

Planning a day out in South Wales this autumn? Whatever the weather you can enjoy a family outing that is both educational and lots of fun at Techniquest in Cardiff. One of the highlights during early autumn is likely to be the thrilling Skybound show in the Science Theatre.

So take the family along to learn more about flight. Watch gravity-defying ping pong balls, a hot air balloon come to life and more. Discover what it takes to get airborne as volunteers from the audience help power a hovercraft, learn more about the forces behind flight and balance beach balls on jets of air. The half-hour live show is most suitable for ages five years and over.

Science shows run at weekends from 12th September until 18th October.

Tickets

These live science shows are free and run on a first come, first served basis on the day. Guaranteed access spaces can be booked in conjunction with a valid admissions ticket for £1 per person (subject to availability).
