Bristol Zoo Project (Wild Place Project) Blackhorse Hill, Bristol, BS10 7TP
This summer Bristol Zoo Project is inviting families to join Shaun the Sheep on a new trail as part of Aardman’s 50th Anniversary celebrations. So take the children along to play, explore and discover while they learn more about protecting the natural world. There will be wildlife conservation challenges with Wallace & Gromit, Feathers McGraw, Timmy and friends. Collect your stamps, scan your Conservation Kit and see whether you can complete the mission.
Spend the rest of your day out meeting some amazing animals, from bears and wolves to the red panda cub! Find out more about various species at daily talks and let off steam at Explorers Basecamp, a three-storey play tower complete with rope jungles, slides, climbing walls and more.
Please see Bristol Zoo Project’s website to confirm dates and other details before visiting.
Animals, conservation, outdoor learning and adventure: Bristol Zoo Project on the outskirts of the city ticks all the boxes for great family days out!
