Santa Specials at Llangollen Railway

Don’t miss Santa when he makes his special annual visit to Llangollen Railway in North Wales! Gather the family together and enjoy a ride on one of the Santa Special steam trains, from festive Llangollen Station alongside the River Dee to ’Lapland’ (Carrog Station).

During the journey Santa and his elves will make their way through the carriages giving presents to children. The railway’s mischievous Jester will also entertain passengers. When the train arrives in ’Lapland’ snap a family photo with Santa and the elves in the grotto. The whole experience will last just over two hours and is suitable for all ages.

Book early as tickets usually sell out.

In 2024, Santa Specials run on selected dates from 30th November to 24th December.
