Never mind the rain, pull on your wellies and make a big splash at the annual Puddle Jumping Championships at WWT Washington this half term from Saturday 16th to Sunday 24th February!

All the family of any age can join the fun with the aim of making the biggest splash possible! From toddlers to grannies everyone get active and jump into the puddles. Warm up in the puddle jumping practice zone before challenging your family and friends to a race around the Welly Boot Camp obstacle course complete with splashtastic puddle jumping finale. There’s plenty of puddles to perfect your splash before you are measured against the special splash-o-meter!

It’s free to enter but normal admission applies. Go online to get your tickets and get a discount. There is a small charge for some of the craft activities.

Plus enjoy a host of other fun activities including welly wanging, a welly shy and ceramic welly boot decorating. And there’s lots of other family activities to have a go at including an entertaining otter feed, a fabulous flamingo talk and the the brilliant Playscape play area for 2-10 years children.
