Mystical Marsh Lantern Experience at WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre

Wrap up and enjoy a magical lantern trail packed with wildlife at WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre in Gloucestershire this October half term. As darkness falls, encounter larger-than-life birds, mammals, fungi and even luminous bugs.

Meet the friendly marsh witch at the start of your adventure, look out for the swooping kingfisher puppet and leaping hare, the water vole and white-tailed eagle lanterns. Spot the giant hovering dragonfly.

Other activities include lantern making and toasting marshmallows (extra charges apply for both activities).

Twilight SEND Sessions are available and open to all visitors, offering a less intense sensory experience with softer lighting, quieter music and actors adopting a gentler approach.

Dates

On selected dates from 16th October to 1st November. Time slots every 15 minutes.
