Join Museum Beekeeper Alyson Williams at the National Waterfront Museum in Swansea on selected dates during the summer holidays and discover the life of a honeybee and all the activities that go on inside a hive.
This is a hands-on session with participants being provided with a bee suit and gloves. You can expect to help open and inspect a hive. You may even spot a Queen Bee. Sessions also include making wax candles and learning about honey harvesting.
Recommended age is eight years and over for a family session.
Tickets cost £5 for an adult and £4.50 for a child.
