Get the family out into the fresh air this May half term at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire. It is Nature Week and activities and events highlight the vital role played by trees in supporting nature, wildlife and history. Keep your eyes open for stunning animal sculptures as you explore.
Follow the new self-guided Tree Trail and discover some of Sudeley’s amazing trees such as the 200-year-old cedar of Lebanon by the Chapel. Collect stamps along the way and receive a small nature-themed gift at the Visitor Centre if you can collect all the stamps. The Tree Trail costs £1 per child.
Free forest school sessions are available on Monday 25th, Wednesday 27th and Friday 29th May. Join Dig & Delve near the Willow Maze for drop-in sessions including nature-themed crafts, arts and outdoor learning. Standard admission tickets include these sessions.
