Home Education Workshops at National Coal Mining Museum

If you are a Home Educator why not plan a trip to the National Coal Mining Museum in Wakefield for a special workshop that has been developed for Home Educated children.

Check out the new 2023/24 season of activities and topics going to be covered at the invaluable Home Education sessions that take place from 11am-12.30pm and 2pm-3.30pm at a cost only £7 per child.

Each workshop has capacity for 20 children (ideal for ages 7-13 years) and accompanying adults. Due to the popularity of previous events, ensure that you book your place by calling 01924 844584.

To make a day of it, you could even go underground for a small extra charge of £2.40 per person and explore the galleries, take the nature trail and pay a visit to the ponies!
