For a steam train ride with a difference, board the Extinct Express at Blaenavon’s Heritage Railway in Torfaen and encounter some wonderful prehistoric mini-dinosaurs!
Start your trip back in time at Furnace Sidings Station (NP4 9SF). Pick up a free dinosaur storybook, a gingerbread biscuit, activity sheet and crayon – all included in your ticket. As the steam train leaves the station, look out for some surprising fellow passengers!
Expect to see a number of different dinosaurs. Will you be able to name them all? Journeys will last about 50 minutes. A great day out for young dinosaur fans and their families!
