Christmas in the Garden at Chatsworth

Don’t miss the interactive light and sound trail around the garden at Chatsworth in Derbyshire this Christmas. The illuminated trail features some of the garden’s favourite landmarks, such as the Rock Garden, Maze and historic Cascade.

A highlight of the light trail is the amazing animated light and sound show projected on the facade of the house. The show takes its theme from Chatsworth’s history and collections as well as new festive tale Henry and Lion’s Christmas Feast.

The trail is best viewed from dusk and is likely to take from 45 to 90 minutes to complete. The projection on the house will finish about 20 minutes before the garden closes.

A Christmas in the Garden ticket includes admission to the garden light trail, the adventure playground and farmyard.

Alternatively, Christmas at Chatsworth tickets also include entry to the house. These tickets allow visitors to follow the festive story Henry and the Lion’s Christmas Feast as they explore the house, filled with festive decorations and twinkling lights.
