Christmas at Centrale & Whitgift

Santa’s Christmas Skyride is back at Centrale & Whitgift in Croydon this Christmas! Young visitors and their families are invited to join Santa’s friendly elves for a virtual journey (by enchanted elevator) to the North Pole, where they can meet Santa himself. Santa will present children with a reindeer soft toy gift, and photos and mementoes of the visit will be available to purchase.

Other festive attractions include The Giant Christmas Pudding, a new free and family-friendly photo moment. As well as posing for photos on the plush red throne, on selected dates there will also be free Christmas Crafts for the whole family to enjoy together. Why not decorate a pudding spoon or a gingerbread biscuit? Just check Centrale & Whitgift’s website for the programme of craft workshops.

Centrale & Whitfgift are also encouraging the Croydon community to contribute to the Giving Tree Appeal. Visitors can play Secret Santa and donate gifts to vulnerable children and families across Croydon in partnership with Reedham Children’s Trust. Just select a tag from the tree, purchase the gift and bring it back, unwrapped, to the Giving Tree boxes, located at Centrale, Whitgift and at selected town partners.
