Christmas at Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire will be transformed, both inside and out, offering a wonderful treat for the whole family this Christmas.

The Palace’s Great Court will be hosting a fabulous covered outdoor ice rink. Dust off your Christmas jumpers and join in the fun at The Great Skate. Then enjoy the bird’s-eye view from the festive Observation Wheel.

Once again the stunning after-dark Illuminated Trail will light up the ’Capability’ Brown landscaped parkland as dusk falls. Look forward to a host of glowing lights and a festive soundscape to add to the atmosphere. You may even catch a glimpse of Father Christmas along the route!

Meanwhile, in the Palace’s State Rooms visitors can enjoy a magical adventure in The Palace of Oz. Look out for Toto, The Tin Woodman, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion and others as you make your way to the Land of Oz and Dorothy in the Emerald City.

In addition, on selected dates in December there will be a Christmas Market and fairground rides to add to the fun.
