150 years ago, in 1876, the first foundation stone of Shuttleworth House (as we know it today) was laid.
Join us for this wonderful free event as we throw open the doors for you to explore our iconic Jacobean style mansion.
Discover the rich history of this opulent building with a guided tour from our knowledgeable volunteers or through our special exhibition ’Shuttleworth House Through the Ages’. From family home to convalescent home, agricultural college and now an award-winning wedding and events venue.
Our bar will be open serving, cream teas, hot drinks, snacks, beer, wine and cider.
