Enjoy a lovely family day out at Tredegar House in Newport, South Wales. Admire the spectacular ’Gilt Room’ and join in kids activities such as dressing up as you explore the 17th-century red-brick mansion. Outside are gardens and parkland with a natural play area in woodland and lots of space for picnics and family walks. Remember your binoculars as there are often waterfowl to spot on the lake.
The parkland is free to enjoy (car parking charges apply).
