Snowdon Mountain Railway details...
One of the exciting things to do in North Wales is a trip on the Snowdon Mountain Railway. The railway enables families of all ages to reach the summit of the highest peak in England and Wales. It’s a spectacular journey with breathtaking views. Stop off at the visitor centre on the summit before your return journey.
Early in the season the Traditional Diesel Service only runs as far as Clogwyn Station, three quarters of the way up the mountain. During peak season, the Heritage Steam Experience is also available (weekdays only).
