Rain or shine, families can look forward to an unforgettable day out at Wookey Hole Caves in Somerset during the school summer holidays. One of the highlights is sure to be a guided tour taking visitors on an adventure deep underground. Discover how the caves were formed and all about the legendary witch who once lived in them.
Then step back to the distant past as you watch Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, the film for 2019. Expect moving seats, 3D vision and wind effects! Meanwhile, explore the valley to discover the new animatronic dinosaurs which really bring pre-history to life. How many will you be able to name?
Also there will be daily Wookey Hole Circus Shows featuring local young performers demonstrating their incredible skill at juggling, trapeze, magic and more. Make sure you have your phone ready for a selfie with the Witch of Wookey Hole. She will be wandering around the site.
