Bedford Winter Wonderland

For a great festive family day out this Christmas, wrap up warm and head to Bedford Winter Wonderland! With ice skating, Santa’s Grotto, Santa’s Toyland, Christmas Tree Maze, Giant Wheel and Rides & Attractions, there is something for all the family to enjoy.

Opening times for individual attractions vary.

Lace up your skates and enjoy skating on the outdoor ice rink – a new attraction for 2024 at Winter Wonderland Bedford. A limited number of penguin skate aids are available to hire for younger skaters on a first come, first served basis (arrive early to avoid disappointment, age/height restrictions apply).

Soak up the magic of the Christmas Tree Maze – a walk through over 300 trees lit up by festoon lights and there is even the possibility of snow! Other highlights include a great selection of rides for all ages, from the Dodgems and Runaway Train Coaster to white-knuckle fun for thrill-seekers, alongside Santa’s ToyLand featuring favourite children’s rides and attractions. Meanwhile, the Giant Wheel offers amazing views over the city.

In addition, on selected dates during the run up to Christmas, Santa will be waiting in his grotto to meet young visitors and present them with an early gift.
