Take the family to find out how the animation studio made hit film Early Man. This family-friendly exhibition in Bristol at M Shed features wonderfully crafted sets, original puppets, minute props and a wealth of behind-the-scenes footage. It’s a great chance to get an idea of the amazing skill that’s needed to create stop-motion animation.
One of the highlights will be the hands-on activities. So dress up as a member of the Stone Age tribe and look the part! Or get creative yourself and have a go at making a live-action sequence. Round off your visit by seeing some original Stone Age and Bronze Age artefacts from the museum’s stores and on loan.
Finally, there are two Free Days planned – Tuesday 27th August and Monday 28th October when the exhibition will be free to visit.
